Alongside constant current LDO Linear Regulators, a substantial heatsink is securely affixed. To meet the power demands of the FPGA, modular USB module, and balanced R-2R Ladder Networks, eight multi-stage LDO Linear Regulators are utilised. Denafrips goes a step further by hand-winding the oversized 60VA O-Core transformer, meticulously adding multiple layers of UP-OCC copper shielding between the windings to effectively reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic fields (EMF).
